Do I Need To Change A Setting In My Communication Manager To Use An Aftermarket Usb Aircard?

I have a Laptop aircard with AT&T. I also, have a desktop so I bought a USB vodafone aircard. They said all i would have to do is put my SIM card in and it would work, it doesn’t. What do need to do? The wifi works with it but not the GSM side. Help.

Call their tech support and have them talk you through setting it up. (You’re paying for tech support, so use it.)
