Is There A Way I Can Use My Centro Smart Phone As Like An Aircard For My Laptop?

I got this pda phone I can access the internet with, but, sometimes I would rather use the laptop, but I discontinued the aircard I was using, didn’t want the extra bills.So I am wondering if I can use the two together somehow.

my cellphone is internet capable too and i have a ‘limited plan’ to that effect
in effect if i want to connect to the internet (laptop i mean), i have quite a few possibilities > wi-fi, dsl, dial-up, and lastly gprs connection through my cellphone
i connect cellphone to my laptop through data cable and lauch the utlity, which switches my cellphone to modem mode and i am able to connect to internet that way
not very speedy, neither cost effective and hence this is only an option i use when i really need to and other means not available
best check with your cellular services provider for tariff plans and suit yourself accordingly
