Which Is The Best Aircard For Video Streaming?

What is the best company to use for wireless internet connection for laptops? The connections that you can get anywhere like a cell phone without using a router. It needs to be fast enough to watch tv on websites on my laptop.
Most say 600KB to 1.4MB but isn’t thay too slow for streaming video?
