Will A Wifi Phone Work With A Aircard?

I am looking to get the most for my buck and don’t want to sign any cell phone contract or use prepaid as the rates are never good. Is it possible to use a wifi phone like a regular cell phone with a Aircard?

I don’t think so. Wifi phones generally use some sort of VOIP service.
