Can I Access The Internet Via Wireless Network Through A Laptop W/aircard?

I have a laptop with a Verizon air card and my wife has one without, is it possible for her to access the internet through mine?

I also have a lap top with a Verizon air card , we would like to connect my wife’s lap top from mine, has any one actually done this?
