Does Any1 Know How To Connect A Ps3 To A Laptop That Uses A Cingular Aircard?

i just moved 2 ky and the only connection we get 2 the internet is through a cingular aircard that is plugged into my dad’s laptop. i so desperately want to get online with my ps3 and this is the only way to do it.
