How To Make A Wi-fi Signal With Aircard?

I have a Sierra Wireless AirCard 59SU with Sprint that connects me to the internet. I went to RadioShack and they had the same card but it made a Wi-Fi signal and I got on it with my Ipod-Touch. How can I make mine make a Wi-Fi signal?

So are you wanting it wireless for your Ipod touch or for a laptop?
