Is There A Way To Connect My Home Pc To My Laptop Through My Sierra 860 Aircard Wirelessly?

Simply running the network wizard on both comps will not work.
You need to get a wireless router and install it on your main comp…usually the router will have an installation guide telling how to do that and also how to get your laptop connected to that network.

As long as you have a wireless router you can.
