What Is The Best Aircard For A Laptop?? And Why Do You Think That One Is Best?

You basically have two options when it comes to wireless cards:
1) Cardbus adapters, which slide into an open PCMCIA slot on the side of your laptop. Pretty compact and keeps your laptop relatively clutter-free. See Link 1 for a few available ones. However, these are not very widely available and are more costly than Option 2…
2) USB adapters. The most widely available and most cost effective way to connect a laptop wirelessly. Just use an available USB port whenever you need wireless access. Most of these are about the size of a USB flash or “thumb” drive, and depending on model, retail for about $50. Linksys is one of the most prevalent manufacturers in the wireless networking segment, and I’d recommend checking out the adapter in Link 2.
